Status of the company Tec Support Quality Engineering UG (haftungsbeschränkt) with its registered office in Backnang, registered in the commercial register of the Stuttgart District Court under HRB 737599, has been in liquidation since 1.1.2026 due to a shareholders' resolution. The company manages the company during the liquidation with the addition "i. L." (in liquidation). Liquidator / Representation Walter Schock, Seewiesenstraße 9, 71522 Backnang, born 20.04.1948, was appointed liquidator. The liquidator represents the company alone.
3) Purpose of the liquidation
The purpose of the liquidation is the settlement of current business, the collection of receivables, the fulfilment of existing liabilities and the realization of the company's assets. New transactions that are not part of the liquidation will not be entered.
Announcement and Creditors' Appeal
The dissolution was duly announced. Processing in the context of liquidation
We process personal data only to the extent necessary for processing (collection of receivables, fulfilment of liabilities, realization of assets) and for the fulfilment of legal obligations (in particular retention under commercial and tax law). The legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR in conjunction with Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB), Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO) and – if necessary for legal defense – Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
